Ryan McDermott of Intelligentsia Coffee in Chicago, IL placed sixth in the Eastern Conference with 155.09 points for their combined compulsory and service rounds. McDermott doubled his pleasure with two brew methods combined. After brewing coffee in an Eva Solo, McDermott double filtered the brew with glass beads in a V60 filter! What??
