Competition Coffee: A Costa Rican coffee from the West Valley Region using a new processing called Anaerobic Fermentation Processing.
Signature Beverage: It involves an infusion and electromagnetic fields.

Routine Theme: The theme will be textures and mouth feel that come from coffee processing, and it will be present in each drink’s preparation.
Total Practice Hours: 8 hours a day.
Coach/Coaches: I have a whole team behind me, some of whom will be with me in Seattle. The team consists of: Auxiliadora Bonilla Solis (2013/2014 Costa Rican Barista Champion and coach), Ricardo Azofeifa Mora (2011/2012 Costa Rican Barista Champion), Auren Chacón (2009/2010 Costa Rican Barista Champion), José Solís (coach), Mario Salas (roaster) and Paula Chaverri (roaster and coach).
Fashion: Something formal and casual at the same time.
Additional Notes: I love to apply science and innovation in all the coffee processes. It’s the key to giving the customer a very special and unique experience.
