Australian Barista Champion Sasa Sestic, of Ona Coffee in Canberra, is your new 2015 World Barista Champion! Mr. Sestic is the second Australian to win the event, and the first since Paul Bassett in 2003. The win marks the end of a remarkable journey for Sasa Sestic, a first-time Australian champ who made his first-ever WBC Semi-Finals and Finals appearances here in Seattle before winning the whole thing.
