Number of competitions: First time.

Ranked third at Southern heat for UKBC 2015 and 10th overall in the first round.

Competition Coffee: Ethiopia Yukro. Washed heirloom varietals from the Jimma District.

Competition Milk: Local Scottish dairy.

Signature Beverage: “X beer coffee”

Coach(es): Dave Stanton from Crankhouse Roastery coached me on run throughs polishing my tech for hours. Not to mention bein completely committed to roasting an amazing coffee.

My girlfriend Charlotte coached on delivery, making sure all the information I am giving is said clearly, unambiguously and accurately. Both amazing!
