Signature Beverage: Brown sugar (5 g), stone fruit extract plum (20 ml), aloe vera extract (10 ml), 4 shots espresso, all shaken over ice.

Additional Notes: For this competition, I’m using a rare varietal of coffee called the Nyasaland arabica varietal.
