Welcome to beautiful Budapest for the 2017 World Coffee Championships! We’re here on the east side of the Danube River in Pest bringing you live coverage of every event taking place over the next three days. Brewers Cup, Latte Art, Cup Tasters, Coffee in Good Spirits, there are so many world championships happening at one time it’ll make your head spin!
Each discipline highlights a variety of skills in those competing. The technical precision of Brewers Cup, the beauty of Latte Art, the exacting palates at Cup Tasters, and the creativity of Coffee in Good Spirits, all of these incredible talents were on full display here on Day One. These are some of the world’s best baristas that competed today and they showed exactly why they earned such an honorific.
There have been so many great moments already, and we’re still on the first day! We were there to capture a few of those moments, and it is our great privilege to share some of our favorites with you here!
