Three Italian Barista Championships and one World Barista Championship.
Competition Coffee: A Colombia and a Bolivia, both roasted by Has Bean.
Signature Beverage: I’m going to cut the last three seconds of the post-infusion during the espresso shots, and I’m going to recreate this part with a dragon brew infusion. Then, I’m going to highlight the flavors of my espresso with two infusions – one of blackberry and another of red globe grapes.
Routine Theme: Espresso as a polyphasic drink.
Total Practice Hours: Impossible to know. So many.
Coach/Coaches: Steve Leighton. He’s just incredible.

Additional Notes: I’ve been training a lot, so I hope I a great job. Now it’s just fingers crossed.
