Day One of the 2017 United States Barista Championship is in the books and we’re moving right along to Day Two, the Semi-Finals. Six competitors from yesterday will join the 12 highest scoring baristas in the Qualifiers–six from each event–to determine the final six who will give it a go one last time in hopes of becoming the 2017 US Barista Champion.
