Signature Beverage:
Put the following into a mixing glass:
2 extractions chilled espresso
11 grams honeydew melon puree
11 grams black plum puree
11 grams prune puree
tisane allowed to steep for 7 minutes (1.5 grams kaffir lime leaf, .6 grams lemongrass, .7 grams tangelo rind, 9 grams orange blossom honey, 50 grams water)
Stir in mixing glass.
Double strain.
Keep under wraps until competition. 🙂

Fashion: Levi’s pants of some sort. I’ll probably wear some shoes, maybe my New Balances or something else. Socks too, I wear GoldToe socks. Although I just got a pair of socks from REI that are bomb.com circa 1997. I’ll be wearing a shirt too. And an apron.
